How Matrices works

A personal agent for every teammate, right in Slack.

Everyone gets their own agent

Open your team's Matrices app in Slack or mention it in a conversation. Your request goes to your personal agent, which remembers your work and helps you with the tools you use.

It has your permissions and no more

Your agent uses the accounts you connect and the permissions your workspace grants. Workspace admins set the guardrails, including which tools are available and which actions need approval.

Agents never see secrets

Matrices keeps credentials encrypted and supplies them only when making an authorized tool call. Your agent never receives your passwords or access tokens. Every agent action is audited.

Shared company context, private memory

Your company provides shared context and defaults. Each person's agent has its own memory, conversations, and connected accounts. Connecting your accounts does not give a teammate's agent access to them.

A diagram shows the shared Company profile flowing into Dana, Bob, and Sam's personal agents, while each person keeps separate accounts and routines.

Each agent uses its person's accounts and keeps its own memory.

Getting started

Under Agents & tools in Slack, open the app named in your team's invitation. Connect your Slack account, then ask your agent to help you connect the other tools you use. Your agent will guide you through setup in Slack.
